Despite having scheduled appointments and arriving on time for each visit, I have repeatedly experienced very long waiting times at this clinic — nearly two hours on multiple occasions. Though the doctor may be experienced and attentive once the consultation begins, but the appointment management and time coordination need serious improvement. Patients book appointments with the expectation of being seen at the scheduled time, and such prolonged waiting defeats that purpose. I hope the clinic takes steps to streamline scheduling and respect patients’ time going forward.
